EDIStep

EDI-STEP is an advanced tool for communication with the outside world. EDI-STEP will use safe and secure communication channels to fully automatically send and receive EDI-messages. The messages will be converted from internal format to the agreed format and v.v. Human intervention is not required. When there is a problem EDI-STEP will automatically generate an e-mail message and/or SMS-message to the system manager, who can then give it the necessary attention. Copas competent staff is 24/7 available to assist you with any problem you may encounter.

When a container arrives at or departs from the terminal STEP2 will automatically inform EDI-STEP to send a confirmation message to your customer(s). As soon as a container was discharged from or loaded onto a vessel also a confirmation message will be transmitted to your customer. It is no longer necessary to print and fax daily moves reports. Your customer is up-to-date real-time with your EDI-messages.
