Terminal Invoicing System (TIS)

TIS is a Terminal Invoicing System. On a day-to-day basis it stores automatically all data about containers moves, stacking days and other relevant data into its own database tables. At any time the invoicing clerk can start the invoicing process for a certain customer, vessel, etc.

Highlights:

• Receives automatically all move notifications from STEP2
• Keeps all moves in database until invoice clerk requests a draft invoice. Never loose a move!
• Maintains database with details about your contracts
• Automatically generates draft invoices, based on your contract
• Allows add, change or delete of invoice items
• Creates final invoice
• Optionally creates file for input into your accounting system
